The cold weather brings drivers all kinds of car trouble. One problem that may be avoided is getting a flat tire.
The colder air makes the air molecules condense which makes the PSI lower in tires so they require more air.
Without proper air, the tires get rundown which will lead to further problems but, there are a few ways to prevent tire issues during the winter.
Nathaniel Chevalier, from Town Fair Tire, told 22News what you need to do to keep your tires in order, “Keep a good eye on your air pressure, keep them clean, and do your rotations and all that as your supposed too.”
Town Fair Tire also suggests to avoid pot holes as much as possible to prevent tire damage.
