Black Panther and Wonder Woman visit Springfield for Superhero Week

Wonder Woman and Black Panther are among the superheroes wowing visitors to the Springfield Quadrangle.

Families attending the Museum of Science can expect to interact with one of the super heroes who might have just emerged from the pages of a comic book or a blockbuster movie. The superhero event is seen as the perfect antidote for the school vacation blues.

Wonder Woman, Nancy Huntington, of Ware is having as much fun as the children.

She told 22News, “One of the reasons why I do it, I think about when I was little girl and how obsessed I was with Wonder Woman. If I had gone somewhere and seen wonder woman It would have blown my mind, It would have been amazing.”

Wonder Woman’s popularity also extended to those who closely followed the character’s comic book exploits back in the day when they were children.

Superhero week at the Springfield quadrangle continues through Sunday.
