UPDATE: As of Wednesday morning the road has been reopened, per Easthampton Police Facebook page.

EASTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP)– The Easthampton Police Department is warning of a road closure in the city.

A portion of Northampton Street (Route 10) between O’Neill Street and Florence Road is closed until further notice due to a broken utility pole and wires down. 

Police advise drivers to seek alternate routes. 22News will provide an update on when the road opens as soon as the information becomes available.
