SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – According to Dennis Leger, aide to the Springfield fire commissioner, crews put out a car fire at 54 Everett St. just after 8 a.m. Thursday.
The fire caused considerable damage to the 2008 GMC Acadia.
Leger said the cause of the fire was mechanical failure.
