MONSON, Mass (WWLP) – The Monson Police Department has deaf and hard of hearing cards available for respective residents to carry in their cars.

According to the Monson Police Department, they have partnered with the Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to provide these cards to deaf or hard of hearing drivers for when they get pulled over.

The cards are to make it easier for the resident and police officer to communicate and are available to pick up anytime at the Monson Police Department dispatch window.
