Enfield police investigating woman’s death

ENFIELD, Conn. (WWLP) – Police in Enfield are investigating the death of a woman on Wallace Street Thursday morning.

According to the Enfield Police Department, officers are investigating an untimely death of a middle aged woman. There will be police in the area throughout the morning.

A 22News crew could see multiple police cruisers and police tape blocking the driveway on Wallace Street, which is near D’Aleo Park in the city’s Thompsonville section.

Enfield resident Matthew Morrell told 22News this is sad because lots of kids live in the area, “The worst thing about it is, I live right down the street, and there’s kids all over here. So if something really bad happened to her, who knows who could have seen it.”
