2 men charged with heroin distribution in Northampton

Two men were charged in federal court on Friday for distributing heroin in the Northampton area.

The Department of Justice told 22News 58-year-old Quincy Wilmington and 64-year-old Eugene Bond were each charged in separate indictments with distribution and possession with intent to distribute heroin.

Wilmington’s indictment alleges that he distributed heroin on May 21 and June 13, 2018.

Bond’s indictment alleges that he distributed heroin on May 15, May 30, and August 2, 2018.

Wilmington and Bond could face no more than 20 years in prison, up to a lifetime of supervised release and a fine of $2 million if convicted.
