Police need your help identifying a woman who was caught on camera stealing toys and cleaning supplies at the Family Dollar on Exchange Street.

Chicopee Police spokesman Mike Wilk told 22News the shoplifting incident took place around 3:20 p.m. on February 25. Employees at the store spotted her in action and when she was approached, Wilk said she pushed and shoved them out the way.

When detectives reviewed the store video, they noticed the woman had a small child watching her while she stole. The young child, who is believed to be about 3-4 years old, was also seen on video copying the woman and placing items under her coat.

Chicopee Police is asking anyone with information on her identity to contact them at (413) 594-1740 and reference case number 865.
