NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) – A former Northampton High School custodian will serve six months in jail after pleading guilty to spying on girls in a bathroom.
Northwestern District Attorney’s Office spokesperson Mary Carey told 22News, 22-year-old Michael Kremensky pleaded guilty Thursday to four counts of photographing an unsuspecting person in the nude.
He was arrested back in March after police were called to the school to investigate suspicious holes in the ceiling of a girls’ bathroom.
A judge sentenced Kremensky to 2.5 years in the House of Corrections– with 6 months to be served and the rest suspended.
Carey said Kremensky must abide by conditions that include staying away from the high school. He had been a custodian there since August 2017.
