‘I wouldn’t have to steal if they didn’t cost so much’: Chicopee PD looking to identify suspect

Chicopee police detectives have identified the suspect and are continuing to look into the case. 

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – Chicopee police are looking to identify a man who allegedly stole razors from Rite Aid on Meadow Street.

Chicopee Police Officer Mike Wilk told 22News when the suspect was confronted, he replied, “I wouldn’t have to steal if they didn’t cost so much.”

The shoplifting incident happened on July 17. If you recognize the man, you’re asked to call Chicopee police detectives at 413-594-1740 and reference case 3319.
