WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – The man wanted by West Springfield police for charges of kidnapping and rape of a child was arrested by State Police Wednesday.
According to West Springfield Police, 19-year-old Gavin Ortiz was wanted for an incident at a motel on December 14. He is facing the following charges:
- Enticing a child under the age of 16
- Kidnapping
- Aggravated rape of a child with force
- Assault and battery
- Rape of a child with force
