New Hampshire man accused of stabbing state trooper held without bail

The New Hampshire man accused of stabbing a state trooper in New Salem in October was held without bail Monday morning.

Northwester DA Spokesperson Mary Carey told 22News, 18-year-old Nghia Le was in Orange District Court Monday morning with a new attorney.

Carey said Le will undergo further competency examination at the Franklin County Jail and will be in court again next Tuesday for an update in regards to the exam and possible dangerousness hearing.

 Le will be held without bail until his next court date. 

He previously entered a not-guilty plea on October 30 during his arraignment.
