One man injured after shooting in Holyoke

HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) – One man is recovering after being shot in Holyoke overnight.

Holyoke Police Sgt. Monsalve told 22News that one man was shot in the area of Maple and Suffolk Streets around 1 a.m. Sunday morning.

Monsalve said the man is expected to be okay, and at this time no suspects are in custody.

No word on what led up to this shooting. 

Holyoke police are investigating what led up to the incident.
