(WPRI) — Portsmouth police have arrested two people on drug related charges.
Police were investigating possible drug activity at a home on Roger Williams Court.
On Friday, Detectives along with a Middletown Police K-9 unit and members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force executed a search warrant at the home.
The search revealed a significant amount of heroin, oxycodone pills and packaging materials.
Police arrested Cara Matthews of Portsmouth and Robert Langlais of Fall River.
The suspects face multiple counts of manufacturing/possession and delivery of scheduled drugs. They were held without bail by a Justice of the Peace and taken to the ACI.
