Police have arrested a second suspect in the death of a 7-year-old Houston, Texas girl who was shot while riding in the car with her family last month.
24-year-old Larry Woodruffe has been charged with capital murder in the death of Jazmine Barnes.
Investigators had already arrested 20-year-old Eric Black Jr. on Saturday, after receiving a tip.
They say Black admitted to being involved in the shooting, and told investigators the bullet was intended for someone else.
Court records show Woodruffe has a lengthy rap sheet.
He’s faced several charges in the past including assault, drug possession and trespassing.
