Springfield arson and bomb squad investigating truck fire

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Springfield firefighters are investigating after a truck was allegedly deliberately set on fire Wednesday morning. 

According to Springfield Fire Spokesman Dennis Leger, crews were called to 15 Temple Street at 1:41 a.m. where they found the truck on fire. 

Leger said no one was injured and the fire was put out quickly.

The fire was determined to be arson by the Springfield Arson and Bomb Squad. Anyone with information is asked to call 413-787-6370.
