SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – A Springfield man has been charged with a felony for the second time this week.
Springfield Police Department spokesman Ryan Walsh told 22News, 27-year-old Christopher Fonville was first arrested Monday on charges of receiving a stolen car, larceny under $1,200 and breaking and entering into a motor vehicle. Fonville was allegedly found going through a car that had been reported stolen earlier in the day.
Fonville was arrested again on Friday after he allegedly stole a bike from a victim in the area of King and Hancock Streets. He’s been charged with larceny from a person in connection with that crime.
