Springfield police arrested a man twice in three days for aggressive panhandling.

Springfield Police Department spokesman Ryan Walsh told 22News officers most recently arrested 31-year-old Kamil Bak, of Webster, at the intersection of Mill and Locust Street Monday night.

Bak was allegedly blocking traffic and knocking on car windows as he demanded money from drivers who were stopped at the light.

He was also cited for aggressive panhandling on May 12.
