(NEWS10) – A report by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children highlights the areas with the most and least number of sex offenders per capita.

According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Oregon had the highest number of sex offenders per capita with 679 sex offenders per 100,000 residents.

Oregon has the most sex offenders per capita with 679 sex offenders per 100,000 residents. Arkansas is close behind with just under 550 offenders per 100,000 residents.
