TEXAS SHOOTING

A manhunt for the man believed to be responsible for the shooting of three officers in Dallas Tuesday has ended after a chase, Dallas police officials say.

The shooting happened at the Home Depot in the 11600 block of Forest Central Drive.

Dozens of Dallas police officers and emergency vehicles surrounded the Home Depot parking lot on the city’s north side.

In an evening briefing, officials said officers were called to the store to assist with an arrest at 4:12 p.m.

Shortly after arriving, two police officers and a civilian loss prevention officer were shot. Officials did not give an update on the conditions of the three.

They did, however, release the name of the suspect in the shooting, 29-year-old Armando Juarez.

He possibly left the store in a white pickup truck and was believed to be armed.
