Agawam police arrested a West Springfield man on various explosives charges following a month-long investigation.
Agawam Police Lt. Edward McGovern told 22News, 36-year-old Dustin Rogers has been charged with seven counts of possession of an explosive, incendiary or destructive device, three counts of exploding an explosive, incendiary or destructive device, two counts of destruction of property and one count of possession of ammunition.
McGovern said the charges are in connection with three separate incidents of detonating explosives around a person’s home.
The month-long investigation was conducted by Agawam police detectives, Massachusetts State Police, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.
