SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Police are investigating after a woman was shot on Fort Pleasant Avenue Tuesday evening.Springfield police spokesman Ryan Walsh told 22News the shooting took place at 51 Fort Pleasant Avenue around 7:50 p.m. Three people have been arrested.The woman was taken to Baystate Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, Walsh added.
There is no word on the charges the three arrested are facing or what led to the shooting.22News will bring you updates as more information becomes available.
