According to the official report from East Longmeadow Police on the events of April 2, both victims said that they had been sleeping, and woke up to find Becker violating them. Becker and the two victims had all been attending a party at a house on Allen Street, and stayed there to sleep after the festivities were broken up.

Becker allegedly texted one of the victims “Sorry, it’s my fault” after she was assaulted.

The report claims that Becker denied any sexual contact with one of the victims, while he allegedly told police he thought his actions toward the other victim were okay because she did not stop him.

Becker is charged with two counts of rape and one count of indecent assault and battery. His next court date is June 27.
