MGM Springfield bringing country singer Aaron Lewis to Symphony Hall

Country music fans, mark your calendars! MGM Springfield is bringing western Massachusetts native Aaron Lewis to Symphony Hall for a concert on September 9.

The country singer is also the lead vocalist for the rock band Staind.

Tickets are scheduled to go on sale June 22 at 10 a.m. and can be bought at the CityStage & Symphony Hall box office, online at or by calling the box office at 413-788-7033.

MGM Springfield also announced Stevie Wonder would be performing in Springfield on September 1, shortly after the casino’s August 24 opening.

The casino will feature a 125,000 square-foot gaming floor with more than 2,500 slot machines and 120 gaming tables, a 120-room hotel, multiple restaurants and shops, and indoor golfing facility, among other attractions.
