‘The Voice’ season 14 finale: Who will win?

The winner of season 14 of NBC’s The Voice will be announced Tuesday night.

Brynn Cartelli’s chances to win are very good.

In case you missed Monday nights live performances, she sang three different songs. One with her coach Kelly Clarkson, one cover, and her original song Walk My Way.

When voting closed Tuesday, Cartelli’s original song Walk My Way was number three on iTunes.

There will be several live performances before the results, but we will only hear from Cartelli once.

She will be performing with singer and songwriter Julia Michaels.

22News got a chance to speak with her mom, Deb Cartelli, about the whole experience.

“To watch Brynn on ‘The Voice’ has been incredible, from sitting in the audience has been surreal,” said Deb. “She’s so graceful and so kind as a person anyway and just watching all her hard work come to fruition has just been incredible.”

The Longmeadow teen was chosen by Clarkson at the beginning of the season and stayed with her through the whole process.

Not only a new experience for Cartelli but this was also Clarkson’s first season as a coach.

Clarkson told 22News she plans to be very involved in the teens’ career even after season 14 of ‘The Voice.’

“I’m already super involved, not in a controlling way, just in way of I’ve been here before,” said Clarkson. “Not only me but my husband as well. We’re very protective of one how old she is and being a female in this industry so young we’re already protective of her.”

Cartelli told 22News working with Clarkson has been a dream come true and in addition to being her coach she also said Clarkson is a good friend.

“To meet her and to be able to sing her songs with her is really really cool,” said Cartelli. “She’s totally someone I can picture myself being friends with and she was really special and I was so glad I was able to do that.”

There will be performances from Jason Aldean, Big Sean, and many others during Tuesday’s finale.

After the live performances, the final four will be narrowed down to the top two.

Then we will find out who the winner will be! If Cartelli is, in fact, the winner, we will see her on the red carpet Tuesday night.
