Granby PD: No danger to public after jogger incident

News

Granby police say there is no reason to believe there is any danger to the public after identifying the man involved in an incident with a woman jogger.

Granby Police Chief Alan Wishart told 22News the man voluntarily went to the police station after a family member recognized the description released by police. After speaking with the man and his family, Granby police determined there is no public safety risk.

Wishart said the jogger has been informed of the update and is satisfied with the explanation and response.
