Governor of South Carolina to announce closure of all schools starting Monday

COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster will announce temporary closures for schools across the state as more cases of coronavirus continue to emerge, according to officials with the Governor’s Office.

They say the governor will announce Sunday the closure of all schools for the duration of the month, starting Monday.

WSPA will stream the press conference with the governor and state health officials on air and online at 4 p.m. Sunday.
