I-Team: Incarceration issues during pandemic

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – Between COVID-19 outbreaks and mass releases the pandemic changed how jails do business, from proceeding with their in-house programs to how many could stay imprisoned.

The 22News I-Team obtained data from the sheriffs of all four western Massachusetts counties and looked at who is currently incarcerated, and why.
