There are over 47-million people over age 65 living in the United States according to the U-S Census Bureau. That number continues to grow as baby boomers, those born between 1946-1964, age into retirement.
Some older people are fortunate to be active and healthy into their 80’s and 90’s. But for others, illness or loss of physical abilities can lead to dangerous living conditions.
