SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Crews put out a fire on Parkerview Street in Springfield Tuesday morning.

Springfield Fire Captain Drew Piemonte told 22News the fire was located on the second floor of 332 Parkerview Street and was quickly put out. There were three occupants in the home, one woman was taken to the hospital.

According to the Springfield Police Department Spokesperson Ryan Walsh, at around 9 a.m. officers were called to a domestic disturbance. The suspect had left the area prior to officers’ arrival but was found at around 9:20 a.m. and taken into custody by Wilbraham police.
