Three arrested for heroin trafficking in Greenfield

Three people were arrested on heroin trafficking charges in Greenfield. State Police said they pulled over a 2006 Volkswagen Passat on I-91 North in Greenfield around 12:45 this morning for a motor vehicle violation. 

Police searched the vehicle and discovered the driver, and a passenger, had 66 grams of heroin, along with narcotics paraphernalia.

They were arraigned today in Greenfield District Court. Bail was set at $20,000 for the driver Neil Snow, 35 of St. Johnsbury, Vermont  and rear passenger Damon Clopton, 22 of Bronx, NY. The bail for the front passenger Karrie Lowrey, 37 of St. Johnsbury, Vermont was set at $10,000.  

The following charges for each are listed below.

Neil Snow:

  • Trafficking Class A
  • Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law
  • Unlicensed Operation Motor Vehicle
  • Lights Violation

Damon Clopton:

  • Trafficking Class A
  • Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law
  • Seatbelt Violation

Karrie Lowrey:

  • Trafficking Class A
  • Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law
