SPRINGFIELD, Mass (WWLP) – A fire on Contessa Drive Wednesday morning spread to two sheds and the rear of a mobile home.

Springfield Fire Department Arson and Bomb Squad Commander Brian Tetreault told 22News, when firefighters arrived at 41 Contessa Drive around 10:54 a.m. a shed at the rear of a mobile home was on fire and it extended to another shed behind it and to the mobile home itself.

Tetreault said a woman was displaced as a result of the fire and is being assisted by the Red Cross.

The Springfield Arson and Bomb Squad determined the cause of the fire to be from an overheated snowblower.
