First-ever Easter Brunch at The Bistro in Holyoke sold out

Hampden County

HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) – A first-ever Easter Brunch Sunday at The Bistro Gateway City Arts in Holyoke.

The Easter Brunch Buffet was sold out–with almost 150 reservations. From 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon, families enjoyed an “all-you-can-eat buffet,” all for a fixed price.

Lori Divine-Hudson, the co-owner of The Bistro told 22News the kitchen went “all out ” for their first-ever Easter Brunch.

“It’s just a fun place. We also have a lot of live music. Theater, music, corporate events. We’re just here to provide a space for people to do what they need to do, and want to do,” she said.

Divine-Hudson said they hosted an Easter Brunch because the venue has grown so much, and is becoming more well known in the area.
