The Springfield Museums is helping families take a trip down memory lane with their new Toytopia exhibit at the Wood Museum of Springfield History.
The exhibit opened Saturday and features larger than life toys, hands-on play and immersive learning.
Toytopia features the world’s largest etch-a-sketch, a life-size dollhouse and a life-size monopoly car and game board amongst other things.
22News spoke to Joshua Fabbie who said the exhibit is a great way for him to teach his daughter about his childhood, “I like to be able to show my 4-year-old daughter some of the toys that I was able to play with as a kid myself so it’s just cool coming out and experiencing some of the old toys that I used to play with.”
The Toytopia exhibit will remain open through April 28th.
