It just got easier to get coffee and a donut at Springfield College.
Since announcing they were rebranding back in September, the Dunkin’ at Springfield College is one of about 50 newly remodeled locations and the first in the Pioneer Valley to debut its new look.
The new Dunkin’ restaurant at Springfield College is a hit with students.
For the grand opening Monday, students lined up for their caffeine fix and a chance to see the brand’s new design.
The Next-Gen Dunkin’, which sits on the lower level in the student union building, offers a modern space, innovative technology and faster service.
Not to mention, a full menu, which includes sandwiches and brewed drinks.
“They did a great job building it,” said Nick Bainter, Springfield College junior. “You know, its actually pretty cool because it’s all like modern and state-of-the-art, compared to our old location which just had the old set up.”
The old Dunkin, which is only a few feet away, was about 800 square feet and offered a limited selection of items. The “nex-gen” Dunkin’ is about three times that size, with a full menu.
The only thing they don’t accept is gift cards, at this time, but the college says that could change in the future.
