Six Flags delivers diapers to Square One in Springfield

Hampden County

Hundreds of boxes of diapers have been donated to the Square One child care agency in Springfield.

More than 500 boxes of diapers were donated by Six Flags customers two weeks ago, in exchange for free admission to the amusement park in Agawam.

Square One Executive Director Joan Kagan found the response overwhelming.

“I am amazed, this is wonderful,” Kagan told 22News. “I am just so shocked by this wonderful outpouring of support that we’ve received from the community. It’s a wow factor, it’s a real wow factor.”

Square One cares for more than a thousand children under the age of three, either at their downtown Springfield facility or at the child’s home.
