SOUTHWICK, Mass. (WWLP) – Voters in Southwick are heading to the polls Tuesday for their annual town election.
Residents will be voting on a variety of town offices from School Committee to Housing Authority but the only contested race on the ballot is for a three-year term on the Select Board.
“Well, I think the vote does count more in a local election. It’s very important when you have a really great town and we need to keep it that way,” said Kenneth Plumley of Southwick.
All Southwick voters are voting at Town Hall. The polls are open until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday night.
