SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Police are investigating a crash between a car and a motorcycle that left one person dead Monday afternoon.
According to Springfield Police Department spokesman Ryan Walsh, at approximately 4:10 p.m., officers were called to a crash involving a car and motorcycle near the intersection of Verge and Parker Streets.
The man who was operating the motorcycle died due to the accident, and the man driving the car remained at the accident. The Springfield Police Department’s Traffic Unit is conducting the investigation.
