Baystate Academy Charter School held their annual Hispanic Heritage Night Thursday evening.
The event celebrated all different cultures, with food, dancing and presentations.
Baystate Academy Spanish teacher Marilyn Sanchez told 22News,, “This school is mainly minority, we have a lot of Hispanic here, a lot of rich culture as you can see. We’re like a big melting pot, so we need to expose that out there. So I put all this together, food from different parts of the world, dances, culture.”
This is the third year the school has held this Hispanic Heritage Night.
