Local businesses were honored by the Springfield Regional Chamber Friday at the annual Super Sixty Awards.

Barry Kriger emceed the event at Chez Josef, where companies were honored for their business growth or overall revenue.

Marcotte Ford in Holyoke, who opened a new multi-million dollar facility in September, were among the businesses recognized for their revenue. The dealership’s general manager said the business has been working their way up the Super Sixty list for years.

“We’ve been fortunate to be the last maybe ten years to be here. This year we’re number two in revenue, it’s exciting. But a lot of the companies that are here today are our customers and we thank them, and that’s part of the reason why we’re here,” said Michael Filomeno of Marcotte Ford.

Private, local businesses of all kinds were recognized Friday, ranging from doctors offices to restaurants and manufacturers.
