SOUTHWICK, Mass. (WWLP) – Police are investigating a pedestrian accident in Southwick Wednesday night.

According to Southwick Police, a 16-year-old boy was hit near the intersection of Jarry Drive and College Highway around 8:42 p.m. The teenager received multiple injuries in the accident.

Witnesses in the area told police the vehicle involved in the accident did not stop and left the area. The vehicle was described as a gray Ford EcoSport. Police were able to locate the vehicle later in the night.
