TJO looking for owner of starved dogs found in Wilbraham

Hampden County

The Thomas J. O’Connor Animal Control & Adoption Center in Springfield is looking for answers after three sick dogs were found roaming in Wilbraham.

Executive Director Pam Peebles told 22News the dogs appeared to have been starved, and one is in critical condition.

Peebles said the three dogs were found roaming at 2-4 Verge Street in Wilbraham on April 15. The two larger dogs are at TJO’s facility, while the small dog remains in the care of a local veterinarian.

TJO is turning to the public for any information that could lead them to whoever may have owned these dogs.

If you recognize the dogs or have any information, you’re asked to call TJO at 413-781-1022.
