Union Road in Holland closed due to downed branch on wires

HOLLAND, Mass. (WWLP) – A roadway in the eastern Hampden County town of Holland is closed during the Wednesday morning commute, due to a tree branch that came down on wires.

Union Road is temporarily closed while National Grid makes repairs. Some 39 customers have lost power as a result of the incident.

According to the Holland Fire Department, no injuries or property damage were reported.
