Car pulled from stream near VA Medical Center in Leeds

No injuries were reported after one car landed in a little stream in front of the VA Medical Center in Leeds Monday evening.

Northampton Police Officer Cronin said officers and first responders were called to the North Main Street area after the car was thrown off the route around 5:55 p.m.

Officer Cronin told 22News the accident “wasn’t serious” and it didn’t cause any road closures.

22News received a photo of the accident that shows multiple law enforcement assisting.

The car was pulled from the stream and the area has since been cleared.

No further details were provided.
