Easthampton hosts cancer benefit for local musician Angry Johnny

There was a benefit Saturday night for an Easthampton man battling cancer.

Angry Johnny gets radiation and chemotherapy daily. The community held a benefit Saturday for him at the Pulaski Club in Easthampton.

Angry Johnny is a musician from Easthampton with his band Angry Johnny and the Killbillies. 

Kim Revett attended the show, and told 22News the whole town wants to help out, “he has stage three colon cancer, he had melanoma he beat that now he’s in stage 3 colon cancer and we are trying to raise as much money as we can to help ay his medical bills. He’s been around for a long time and the whole town knows him.”

There is a GoFundMe page up for him to help raise money.
