Today was not only terrifying but also devastating.. We may have lost our shop but our team made it out safe which is most important.. Full Tilt Auto Body & Collision will raise above this, we will rebuild and we will come back strong!

Also destroyed in the fire was the Pioneer Valley Wheel Repair shop, which shared the same building as Full Tilt Body & Collision. The Holyoke fire officials said small explosions could be heard coming from the building during the fire.

The body shop is asking customers who had vehicles at the shop or had upcoming appointments to be patient as they will reach out as soon as possible.

During the fire, Ferry Street was closed from Parsons Street to Pepin Avenue for several hours but has since reopened.
