A Belchertown food truck festival is back in town for the summer, and it’s bigger and better this year. Food Truck Fridays kicked off this evening on the town common.
Ten different food trucks were parked on the lawn with a variety of food for guests to enjoy.
Last year the food truck festival was a one-day event, this years its expanded to three dates.
“The Cultural Council has been working for 20 years in the area trying to bring more cultural events and we’ve had amazing support from the community, from local businesses and from the town itself,” Matt Grillo, a board member of the Cultural Council told 22News.
Food Truck Fridays are held on the third Friday of the summer months.
The next event will be held July 20.
