Another snowstorm is in the books and luckily the timing couldn’t have been any better because many had the day-off.
Many had the day off from work and school because of President’s Day, so many decided to take advantage of it.
Luckily the accumulating snow was over by late morning, so many in Hampshire County took a trip to Sylvester’s in Northampton to grab some brunch.
“Took advantage of having the time off to go to Sylvester’s. Best breakfast in town. Maybe go cross country skiing if this doesn’t turn to rain, It’s turned to rain the last couple of times.”
Kids had the day off from school which meant playing in the snow.
As expected, there weren’t too many drivers on the roads this morning, which helped the plows clear the roads.
With temperatures in the low to mid-30s Monday, any snow that fell during the day, melted on the streets, making driving around doable.
