HADLEY, Mass. (WWLP) – The Norwottuck Rail Trail Tunnel under Route 9 in Hadley is back open.
The tunnel had been closed since September 5th to accommodate the widening of Route 9 so cracks in the pavement could be repaired.
Another partial-day closure will be necessary for the final paving, which is expected to be scheduled by early November.
