EASTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) – According to the Easthampton Police Department, a transformer fire caused a power outage in parts of Easthampton around 6:30 p.m Monday.
The outage happened in the area of Russel Lane and Loudville Road.
The police are asking the public to avoid the area while Eversource works to restore power.
